Nourishing Yogurt

Add some fun flavor and color to yogurt to make an old staple feel new and alive again.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup yogurt*
​1 tsp - 1 Tbsp Nourishing Blend*

Directions:

1. Stir Nourishing Blend into yogurt.

Seriously - it's that easy :-)

Notes:

  • The amounts above are just a starting point - really there is no right or wrong way to do this.  Just add a little Nourishing Blend, taste it, add a little more, and so-on until you are happy with it.
  • I personally enjoy using a vanilla flavored non-dairy yogurt (cashew, almond, etc.).  Then I turn it into a parfait with lots of added fruit and nuts for even more nutrition, texture, and fun.
  • You can also use Nourishing Yogurt as a fruit dip or as part of a dessert parfait - yum.
