Emotional eating is eating past our physical hunger to fulfill an emotional hunger. It is a common and complex eating disorder that has many layers and complications. These layers require tackling the subject from different angles and through different formats, but I have learned that there are multiple ways to find freedom and they all begin by asking God to show you the way.
