Referenced Scripture:

Do not conform to the pattern of this world...
Romans 12:2 NIV
... but along with the temptation He {has in the past and is now and} will {always} provide the way out as well...
1 Corinthians 10:13 AMP
I can do all things {which He has called me to do} through Him who strengthens and empowers me {to fulfill His purpose -- I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.}
Philippians 4:13 AMP
I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be lifted up and thrown into the sea!' and does not doubt in his heart {in God's unlimited power}, but believes that what he says is going to take place, it will be done for him {in accordance with God's will}.
Mark 11:23 AMP

It is so easy to grab fast food or pull a prepared meal from the freezer but even after I eat it, I’m not satisfied and almost always disappointed in the flavor. I find if I have healthy ingredients and take the time to prepare them which usually isn’t but a few minutes, I enjoy my meal and the taste is so much better! I live your explanation of why we chose different diet lifestyle directions. Makes so much sense.

Linda-
I have typically provided the SAD to my family and myself, being influenced by coupons, commercials and the desires for specific tastes by my family. Over time I have tried to add vegetables to the table (somewhat successful). Recently I have felt run down and tired and had to make a change to feel better. I remember a holistic doctor years ago told me I should probably never eat wheat again (after a cleanse). I literally cried over the thought of no more pizza, pasta, and COOKIES. So last Saturday I just decided to do it! Usually I have to gear myself up mentally for a change, but not this time! I have had 1 GF cookie, and it wasn't even that good! I feel so much less bloated and I don't miss the wheat. I have to think hard to make replacements, but I think it will be worth it. I am trying to listen to what God wants me to do- it is getting easier to turn it down,
