1 package uncooked pasta, of choice
1 Tbsp oil, of choice
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
1 to 2 cups vegetables of choice
1/2 to 1 cup salad dressing of choice
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water, then place it back in the pot. Add the oil and lemon juice, toss, and place in the refrigerator.
3. When ready to serve, add vegetables and dressing to the pasta and gently toss.
